Characteristics of cleaning agent:

D18 is a highly alkaline cleaner for grills, deep fryers, frying pans, ovens, steam convection and baking ovens and various surfaces from fats, soot, burnt or charred food residues. Alkaline components dissolve grease, surfactant complex enhances the washing ability, which gives a quick and high-quality result of washing equipment without damaging the surface. The thick consistency of the tool allows you to remove dirt from vertical surfaces. Does not damage metal surfaces, does not react with aluminum, pH 10.5-11.5. Ingredients: 5-15% surfactants, purified water, alkaline components.

Application of cleaning agent:

The cleaning agent is recommended for professional use in public catering establishments, at the enterprises of the food industry, at objects of communal and household function. Can be used for finishing aluminum, enameled, glass and paint surfaces.
